STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Configure Siebel application to use EDQ application for data quality matching & cleansing.

2. In Siebel application, run a server job for deduplicating Account records:

start task for comp DQMgr with BObjName=Account, BCName=Account, OpType=DeDuplication, DqSetting="'','Yes','dedupe'", ObjWhereClause = "[Location]='ABC'"

3. The task starts, runs, but eventually fails/stops with the reported error message.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:
------------------------------
Due to the error message, the DQMgr task was not able to send the data to the EDQ DQ software to check for matches, thus, causing duplicate records to remain in the Siebel application.
