Open UI: Intermittently Not Able To Open Pick Applets/mvgs After Upgrading Siebel 15.5

On : 15.5 [IP2015] version, Upgrade

Not able to open Pick applets/mvgs after upgrading siebel 15.5 from in IE 11 and Chrome.

Pick applet/mvg can not be opened

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel
2. Navigate to a Detail View, with some MVG and Pick Applets
3. Open, close several MVG and Pick Applet, after some time Pick/MVG applet is not rendered correctly (see image bellow) and you are not able to close it.


In order to get control back user needs to refresh the browser.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to always use pick/mvg applets.
