Intermittent Siebel eScript engine crashes while preparing custom Data Transformation Engine BS (uses "eaisiebel.js") (Doc ID 2109872.1)

Symptoms

One could note intermittent Object Manager process crashes, while executing server-side code of custom Business Service written in Siebel eScript.

Often the crashing code is an implementation of the Data Transformation Engine (DTE) that executes data between  Integration Objects using methods provided by the "eaisiebel.js" standard include.

Otfen the crash may occur when the custom DTE BS is invoked form a workflow process step, that should provide data to the custom Virtual Business Component (VBC).
