Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Sometimes users are getting 0 count and when we try with other user it's get success with correct count. Sometime User try multiple time sometime it gives correct count.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that Campaign Load completes successfully without any issues and counts are according to the Segment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run"Update Counts" from Segment - Counts > 0
2. Run Campaign Load - Counts = 0


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully complete Load process.
