Goal

QUESTION:
-----------------
How  to display fields of  source (audited) BC from "Audit Trail" Virtual Business Component (VBC)?

background:
- - - - - - - - -
The business component "Audit Trail Item 2"   is a VBC based on a special class "CSSBCVAuditTrail".
It displays all  the audit trail records in the last 30 days for all Siebel Business component fields on which Audit trail is enabled.

The "Audit Trail Item 2" decodes the Audit_Log CLOB column that stores the audit trail and displays the records with old Value and New Value
under Audit Trail--> Audit Trail Items view.

One has needs to  display Audit trail information on a custom details view using the Applet based on  "Audit Trail Item 2" VBC to show records related only to the given
record  Business Component (displayed on the view as parent BC)  such as "Opportunity" or "Service Request"

It is known that this configuration can be could be achieved by putting applet level search spec.
we wanted to display more details of the opportunity record like Opportunity Name, Account Name for that opportunity in case of the Opportunity Audit Trail View and incase of Service Request Audit trail

one like to know how to obtain the information of the Service Request like SR Number and SR description etc  so that users can understand more details of the Audit trail record.

The issue is that joins to base tables of the audited BCs is not working on the "Audit Trail Item 2" due to its specialized class.
