ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Siebel Open UI the “User Catalog List View – Literature” is not rendered

This view is rendered correctly on HI application and is replicated on standard SRF tested on sample database.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Siebel Open UI applet/view must be rendered

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to application and navigate to "User Catalog List View - Literature"
2. In OpenUI the view is not getting rendered


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

Due to this issue, users cannot access the "User Catalog List View - Literature" and the functionality with respect to that view
