Siebel Replication - Initialization of Regional Node (srvrinit) not working as expected.
This starts to initialize the database and copies the files extracted over from HQ node into Regional Node (RN) Inbox but then stops with error "Could not execute upgrade wizard".
GenericLog GenericError 1 0000000256431488:0 2016-01-22 05:55:18 (upconfig.cpp (978) err=786539 sys=2) SBL-UPG-00107: Error creating the Upgrade Wizard executable (errno = (null)).
Error happens regardless if srvrinit is started in UI mode or from cmd line.
Upgrade Wizard (UpgWiz) process should start after srvrinit completion.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Regional Node (RN) database cannot be initialized.
