Customer has facing an issue in SI mode where tabbing from Form Applet to List Applet is not happening.
After Customer's Authentication, User enters to a View (Refer View1 for Screenshot) . In this View the User position start from 'Contact History-List Applet' as opposed to 'Customer Details - Detail Applet' (the first applet in the view) (Refer View2 for Screenshot). This is due to the default behaviour that it give focus to the child applet rather than creating a new record in the parent Applet. User can tab correctly inside this List Applet ('Contact History List Applet') i.e. Left-.>Right->Top->Bottom then tabs focus navigate into the 'Cases - List Applet' and also tabs correctly inside this List Applet Left-.>Right->Top->Bottom.
From bottom most List applet 'Cases - List Applet’ tab focus navigate to the top most Applet in View that is ‘Customer Details - Detail Applet' (Refer View3 for Screenshot).User can tab correctly inside this Form Applet, but User is unable to move out of 'Customer Details - Detail Applet ‘using tabbing , so at this point a mouse click needs to move the focus into another Applet or it just recursively moves around the 'Customer Details - Details Applet' using tabbing.
Here we can use Key board short-cut i.e. "CTRL+SHIFT+] " to move out from this Detail Applet.
Why such behaviour with these Applets only?
In other View, it works properly. We are able to move out/navigate using Tab key from Detail Applet to list Applet.
