Symptoms
On : 15.4 [IP2015] version, Task Based UI (TBUI)
After upgrading from Siebel version 8.1.1.5 to 15.4, unexpected errors display in the Task.
An error occurs when the primary task is updating its corresponding Transient Business Component (TBC) after a subtask is updating the same Transient BC.
After accepting the error in TBUI and clicking next a second time, users are able to continue successfully.

SBL-BPR-00187, SBL-BPR-00100, SBL-DAT-00474
STEPS
1. Launch application.
2. Launch Task.
3. An error message displays.
The following errors display when updating the Transient BC after after a subtask is updating the same Transient BC.
Translation:
SBL-DAT-00474: Invalid operation while not in update mode.
This error is returned when the workflow/task is executing the Siebel Operation business service.(SBL-BPR-00100)
4. User accepts error, clicks Next.
Result: Task continues.
