Reply/Forward Email Body Is Read Only In Communications Screen (Doc ID 2115251.1)

Symptoms

Email Response Outbound Communication Applet is in read-only mode while replying to inbound emails:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Press reply or forward button on an email.

2. Outbound Email is editable at this point.
3. Click on Show More on the top applet of inbound email.
4. Email body on 'Comm Outbound Item Form Applet' is not editable.
5. Click on Menu and Save Record, applet becomes editable again.
