Authentication Error While Connecting To OBIEE Analytics From Siebel (Doc ID 2115547.1)

User is trying to integrate Siebel marketing with OBIEE Marketing Analytics environment  in order to create, fetch segments for campaigns. 

Following steps were performed already :-

 1.creation of impersonate user in OBIEE

2.assigning impersonate resource permission to impersonate user

3.modifying Host URL for NQHOST and Symbolic URLS for Marketing Segment web application

4. modifying host and ports for outbound webservices

But user is not able to connect to marketing analytics and encounters the following authentication error:
