Handshake Failed Status For One Of The Siebel Remote Server (Doc ID 2115893.1)

Symptoms

Issue statement:

One out of 9 servers is showing "handshake failed" status

Actual Behavior:
----------------------
Out of 9 app servers we have 3 servers as remote servers and one of them is getting hand shake failed error.
I did check the disk space and there is no disk full in the server. Below is the error shown in the log file.
Did a complete app and gateway server restart and still did not work.
