Open UI - cannot edit "on the fly" attachment in TBUI
behaviour can be seen in IP 2014 PS6 or IP 2015 PS2.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In TBUI (Open UI) an attachment is not updated as it's not possible to open and edit the file attachment directly (no need to download document , edit and again upload)
