ERROR

Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel server.(SBL-UIJ-52873)

WARNING:postRequest: IOException when trying to connect to Siebel server


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open a OM which is secure browser enabled(https) and click on an attachment
2. A popup is displayed with open, save and cancel buttons
3. Click on Open

4. failing with below error

Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel server.(SBL-UIJ-52873)
