On : IP15.9 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! (SBL-UIJ-52873)

ERROR

Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel server.(SBL-UIJ-52873)

WARNING:postRequest: IOException when trying to connect to Siebel server


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open a OM which is secure browser enabled(https) and click on an attachment
2. A popup is displayed with open, save and cancel buttons
3. Click on Open

4. failing with below error
