While working with emails in CRM Desktop (reading, writing, looking over email folders) outlook sometimes pops up a message saying:
Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'CRM Desktop' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?
Re installation of the CRM Desktop add-in resolves the issue and user no longer face the issue.
