Symptoms

On : 8.2.2.14.8 [IP2014] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pre and post load workflows do not run

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Pre and post load workflows should run

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Setup a Campaign
2) From Campaigns > Design > Advanced Options, set:
Pre-Load Task: Pre-Load Custom Workflow
Post-Load Task: Post-Load Custom Workflow
Post-Launch Task: Post-Launch Custom Workflow
Note: These are all seed Workflows.
3) From Campaigns > Execute > List Distribution, add a List Format in the middle Applet.
4) Load it
5) Process completed without errors. However, the following message is seen in System Task:
The execution of 'Pre-Load Task Workflow' for the Campaign has failed.
and
The execution of 'Post-Load Task Workflow' for the Campaign has failed.
