Filtering Values In A Search (Doc ID 2118175.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.4 SIA [21225] version, Client Functionality

Tested this behavior in an 8.1.1.4  SIA version

The observation made is that the behavior that the customer observed is seen in this environment using ENU

Under 8.1.1.4 the behavior was reproduced as per customer's test case. That is

1. Query behavior behaves does not the same way as creating  new records

When Querying a service Request record  

1a. Select the Area LOV value

1b. Go to the Sub Area Field to select a value for Sub Area

2. Observe that although you have selected  the LOV value for the Area, it does not restrict the Values that appears in Sub Area LOV field. In other words the entire values for the Sun Area category are listed.


This indicates that the behavior customer is seeing has been reproduced  8.1.1.4 ENU  version
