Report Notification Is Not Working Until Browser Refreshed After Setting CFGEnableMsgBrdcstCache = TRUE for AOM (Doc ID 2119498.1)

Symptoms

After setting Application Enable Message Broadcast Cache (CFGEnableMsgBrdcstCache) parameter to TRUE at Application Object Manager level, the generated report is not displayed into Report Notification pane.

If user navigates to My BIP Reports View, the report status is Success. As a workaround, user can refresh the session and notification is displayed.
