Symptoms

Siebel Remote / Replication / Anywhere - on version: 8.1.1.14 [IP2014]

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is experiencing below behavior:
  - Custom Field not getting updated through replication

Siebel Replication (Full Copy model) is implemented and it was working fine, but a customization deployment was performed in which a Custom Column has been added to S_SRV_REQ table. This column has been added in:
  - Regional node
  - Head Office node

Issue: when this column is update with data in Head Office node or in Regional node it is not getting updated with the respective data, on either sides.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Column should be updated.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the data changes for that Column on both Replication databases.
