Symptoms
When installing CRM Desktop Client Package, it failed with the following error message below:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Install CRM Desktop plugin.
2. Configure and login into CRM Desktop.
3. During the first sync to pull the package the following error message above was captured in the CRM log.
