ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IP14 PS6 - Open UI - IE11 - Offer - Email Treatments - Edit Email freezes during Query and Create
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Response Time should be the same as that of Chrome for IE11 when performing operations around Edit Email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login into application and navigate to 'Offers' Screen.

2) Click on 'Email Treatments' view

3) Select/Create a email template and then click on 'Edit Email' tab.

4) When we upload the first template and save, no issues. But when we tried creating a second template, system takes more than 2

minutes to respond in IE11, while it took less than a second in Google Chrome.

5) When we query in Edit Email applet, it freezes/takes time to respond in moving to Query Mode in IE11. But it took less than a

second in Google chrome.

6) If we have selected an email treatment with a email template, and if we clicking on next record, it takes time to move to the

next Email treatment in IE, while it moved immediately to the next Email treatment in Chrome.
