In normal mode when users go to this view in a Task, all the drop-down lists are empty at first.
Requirement is: Depending on some input parameters - open the applet with the drop-downs populated with an appropriate value.
An users has some task property, named VarParam.
If VarParam = 0 then applet should be opened with drop-down lists, filled by one set of values.
