Open UI: Entering Non-existing Values In Campaign Fields With A Pick Applet Causes Long Wait Time

Navigate to a campaign , and fill a value in a field with a pick applet associated to it, if that value is not present in the picklist, there is a long wait time. After the wait time, nothing happens (instead of the pick applet appearing).

Pick applet should open.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to campaign management
2. Enter "zzzz" in execution period field
3. Click on the pick applet icon.
