First Letter of Search Criteria Disappears During Query or LOV Dropdown

On : 18.104.22.168.10 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality
After typing a letter in an LOV field, the LOV drop down should be invoked (display).
1. Launch Siebel application using Open UI (IE 11).
2. Navigate to “All Service Requests”.
3. Click the magnifying glass to place the view into query mode.
4. Type Capital “O”, then wait 1 second.
5. Type “P".
Result: The first letter entered, "O", disappears.
