Last Edited LOV Are Getting Cached And Drop-down Appears On Re-query Of Record.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In any form applet save a Record after modifying an LOV field
2. Re Query record
3. We will see a LOV Drop-Down of the last updated LOV
4. It goes away if we click it but it will come back if we requery the record
Its happening on IE11, not able to reproduce on Chrome.
