Can't Load Login Page After Change Webserver Port

Can't load login page after change webserver port
Siebel login page (OpenUI) cannot load/blank after changing the webserver port from 8080 to 8081.
Siebel HI Application is able to access afetr port change, issue with OpenUI
Get this error at chrome browser console:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://xx.x.x.x:8080/ecustomer_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=GetCachedFrame&SWEACn=30629&SWEC=79&SWEFrame=top._swe&SRN=. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://x.x.x.x:8081' is therefore not allowed access.
