Dispatch Board - Incorrect Date display IP2014

In Open UI, we have an issue with the Dispatch Board where When users navigate to Dispatch Board View/applet - and select November 1 st from Calendar Drop-down in the below applet Shows November 2.
By the same token, the activity is scheduled with Planned Start= 11/02/2015 12:00:00 PM CST, but on Dispatch Board it is shown starting on 11/03/2015 11:00:00 AM
I have a meeting scheduled for 10:00 am CST on March 15th and a meeting scheduled for March 14th at 10:00 am CST but they are both showing up on the Dispatch Board at 9:00 am CST.
Same Issue appeared earlier when User Selected Date as October 28th then Dispatch board applet was Showing Oct-29.

The Dispatch Board displays date and time are 1 day/1 hour off than the scheduled date and time.


Activity's Planned Start date matches Dispatch Board's display date. For
example, the Planned Start = 11/02/2015 12:00:00 PM, the display date and time is also 11/02/2015 12:00:00 PM.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Siebel Field Service as SADMIN using Open UI, service_enu

2. Service schedule For the Service Region 'Test Service Region' on Dispatch
Board is the following:

Monday 8 am to 5 pm, Shift Start Flag: checked
Tuesday 8 am to 5 pm, Shift Start Flag: checked
Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm, Shift Start Flag: checked
Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, Shift Start Flag: checked
Friday 8 am to 5 pm, Shift Start Flag: checked

3. Create one activity and set Service Region = Test Service Region, Work
Time = 60, Planned Start defaults to today¿s date, time doesn¿t matter.

4. Go to Dispatch Board, it should opens with Today¿s Date, such as


5. Drag and Drop the activity from Unscheduled Activities to Dispatch Board to schedule for one employee.

6. Click on the scheduled activity on Dispatch Board, it will drill down to
Service Activities.

Update Planned Start to: 11/02/2015 12:00:00 PM PST. The Planned End will be
automatically updated to 11/02/2015 01:00:00 PM PST, see the following 2 screenshots:

7. Drill down on activity¿s Status field in upper list applet, it will go to
Dispatch Board. The calendar and display date both show November 2, 2015
which is correct, but the content is not correct because the slots are
blocked because it is Sunday, November 1, 2015 (The service schedule is M-F).
Scroll to the right and the display date is changed to November 3, 2015, and
the scheduled activity does not show up in the correct timeslot.
