Open UI: Cursor Cannot Move When Multiple Japanese Characters Are Entered In DTYPE_PHONE Field (Doc ID 2123778.1)

Symptoms

Reproduction steps:

1) Navigate to Account List View.
2) Create a new record.
3) Enter couple of Japanese characters into Phone field that is defined as DTYPE_PHONE.
4) Hit Tab key.


** If only one Japanese character is entered, error message "Can't Convert formatted string to its internal representation. Check if your data is in correct format." is displayed at step 4). But in this case, no error is shown.

This is working fine in HI.
