Symptoms

On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer used the "OverridePopupVisibility" property and there was no change to the records retreived

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The records should be reduced depending upon the values used in the user property

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find a popup applet
2. Change the "OverridePopupVisibility" user property
3. Query for records on the popup applet
4. Review the records returned; these should be the same as the user property.
