In Open UI Signature Pad, Error is Popped Up When CTRL+S Is Used (Doc ID 2124428.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.10 [IP2014] version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to edit the signature and press CTRL+S, getting browser popup mentioning - "Invalid operation. Please click 'OK' and choose the 'Save' or 'Cancel' button on the Signature pad to continue."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user is hitting OK button, expected the edited Signature must not get saved, but it is getting saved to Database.


Changes

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Signature applet - try to edit the signature
2. press CTRL+S
3. browser popup mentioning - "Invalid operation. Please click 'OK' and choose the 'Save' or 'Cancel' button on the Signature pad to continue."
4. hit OK button
5. observe the edited Signature it is getting saved in Database.
