Data Is Not Getting Reflected Correctly In The Date Field (Doc ID 2125198.1)

Siebel CRM - Version 15.6 [IP2015] and later

1. Customer Logs in to Siebel Application.
2. Navigates to Activities.
3. Tries changing a field of type DTYPE_DATETIME.
4. Customer selects the dates in below manner.
 a. Selects Date first, then chooses Month and then selects Year and then clicks on 'Done'

Instead of selected year, user sees current year.
