Non-DISA Clients Receive Error When Opening Attachments

If DISA is enabled for Inline attachment, and there is a mix of DISA and non-DISA clients, how do we deal with the non-DISA clients (android tablets, smartphones...) so they don't get the "Open" button when clicking on an attachment link (Service Request screen) which in turn pops up an error message: "Failed to connect to DISA on your machine! Please make sure it's running...(SBL-UIJ-52871)"
