Dropdown And Field Position Changed When Browser Back Button Used

On : 15.0 SIA[23012] version, Client Functionality

After upgrade, Service Request List > Activities view, a dropdown and input field are in the incorrect position, overlaying the activities below where the dropdown and input field should be

The dropdown and input field should be in the applet header, not in the records section of the applet

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from to 15.x
2. Navigate to Service Request List > Activities
3. Navigate to any other view/screen
4. Press the back button
5. The dropdown box and input field are in the incorrect position

Please note this only occurs in Open UI using Firefox as a browser

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the activities applet functionality
