Missing data in Product objects after fresh installation of Siebel IP2015

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Seed Data in Products should be available

REPRO STEPS
---------------
1) Go to Administration ¿ Product > Product Definitions > Versions;
2) Query for product definitions like "Write-In Product", "Package", "Customer Note";
3) Notice that they don't have any data/versions in child "ISS Product Versions List Applet".
