Dynamic Transform - Query on Add Promotion Not Working

On : 184.108.40.206.13 [IP2013] version, Order Management
The Dynamic Transform, Query on Add Promotion, is not working.
Using the vanilla dynamic transform functionality while doing an Add Promotion, the Query button is not enabled on Add promotion Applet.
1. Launch application.
2. Go to Accounts.
3. Drill down on Account.
4. Go to Installed Assets.
5. For current record on the Installed Assets applet, from Menu, choose Dynamic Transform option.
Result: The ISS Promotion Dynamic Transform View - Quote is opened.
6. Click on Add Promotion button on the Target Promotion tab.
7. Pop-up applet is opened. Query is not enabled.
8. Press on drop down Find. Nothing happens.
9. Close pop-up and return to Target Promotion
10. From Menu, choose Run Query. Nothing happens.
