Symptoms

Upgrade Promotion is creating with Incorrect Products and Action Codes, when Promotion is having more than one Customizable Product where the second Customizable Product is having different Child default products in the Target Promotion. 

Below is the Promotion Structure 

 

NOTE: It works if you have a promotion with only one root Customizable Product.
But it does not work if you upgrade to a promotion with 2 target root Customizable Product having difference in 2nd Customizable Product Child
