Installed New ESD With Port 8082 Is Not Working (Doc ID 2134119.1)

After installing a second ESD server in port 8082, Emails are not being sent through Power MTA Server.

There is a requirement to have 2 ESD instances on the same Server. Then, based on Marketing Campaign, it should go thru that particular Power MTA server.

Ex : Campaign A mails should go thru Power MTA A server. If Campaign mail B launched, then it should go thru Power MTA B server.

The same Power MTA Server is working fine in old ESD (Port:8080).

The following error was found in the workflow log:

ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000092d570e2ffc:0 2016-04-13 14:23:00 (httptransport.cpp (1628)) SBL-EAI-04115: Cannot connect to the server

It is expected that ESD on port 8082 is able to send emails though MTA Server defined.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install a second instance of ESD in port # 8082
2. Configure it to use MTA server B for instance
3. Launch the Campaign

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have any Email Campaigns launched from second ESD instance. As a result target recipients are not getting the related Offers.
