Export Window In Siebel OpenUI Version 15.4 Is Showing Export No Records Though Records Are There

Export is working fine. But the export window is showing Export No Records though the records are exported. Same behavior is replicated in vanilla SRf also. Attched is the screenshot taken using vanilla SRF

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Go to any list applets which should records
2. Click Menu and Export
3. Export Records
4. Check the window opened for Export which shows Export No Records
