ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When setting Busy Cursor Timeout to a high value, you aren't able to click on Cancel button from Cancel Query pop-up, until Busy Cursor Timeout value is reached.
This behavior is encountered even with default value 30 seconds. Until this time is reached you can't press on Cancel.
