Symptoms
Communication Inbound Receiber(CIR) is unable to process inbound email if sender nickName has special characters, and the emails are not deleted from inbox and CIR hangs.
If email include special characters, processing of Mail messages crashes, so CommInboundRcvr hang up.
The OriginalMessageText file has something like this in the From address -
