Siebel: IP2014 PS6 (FRA only) on Windows 2008R2 (64 bit) with Oracle client 126.96.36.199 (32 bit) and Oracle Server 12c utf-8 (188.8.131.52.0)
While running Database Install , during the import of the Repository the wizard errors : "The wizard was unable to complete the upgrade. Restart the Siebel application to retry the operation."
The log file <SIEBEL_HOME>\siebsrvr\log\install\output\dataimp_prim.log shows the error below:
