Redemption Simulation on thec 'LOY Redemption Web Service' Does Not Return Detailed Reason For Failing (Doc ID 2136911.1)

Goal

When the LOY Redemption Web Service with method CheckPriceOptions or GetPriceOptions is run, the output does not show the reason for the failure.

 

No rules are shown as passed/failed and there is no any message indicating which rules are not met and no pop up that gives detailed reason. Is there a way for solution or workaround to show a message or a detailed pop-up?
