Symptoms


Customer is reporting a issue where the updates made on calendar items is not being synced through.  The logs are showing a error:

SBL-EAI-04316: Error while processing argument http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/messages:GetItemResponse for operation GetItem
