Is it possible to choose a different sound for an incoming call and chat notification?
It is impossible to choose different or multiple sounds for an Incoming call and chat using Siebel OpenUI.
In Siebel application, Under Site Map> User preferences > Communications > Sound files, there is only one option to select the sound.
It is important to users to have different sound notification to identify between chat and incoming call to be more efficient.
