Different SQL's Generated While Sending Email When Spell Checker Is Enabled And Disabled

When Spell Checker is enabled, While send email from Communications scressn,
if the From Address Profile is associate to different organization than the
logged in user, it should perform validation and throw error that the profile
is not valid:

The profile you have selected no longer exists. Please select a new

This error is appearing when SpellChecker is disabled.

The validation part has to be consistent irrespective of whether SpellChecker
is enabled/disabled.
