Taking 2 minutes to write a SAF (generated report) to File System
Followup of SR 3-12206699541:
Customer noticed a delay to generate reports. During troubleshoot, we have identified that delay happens because XMLPReportServer is waiting for a response from FSMSrvr component.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
File system response time should occur within a few seconds and not minutes.

The issue is reproduced intermittently.
