EAI Batch Validate timing out
Customer is having a performance issue when recurring to the business service "Remote Complex Object Instance Service" method "BatchValidate" process used in a complex product validation.
The request is being submitted from a third party application which is used as an Order Manager to control and submit the orders in a bulk process. Thus the Object Manager in use is the EAI Object Manager.
Since it’s taking longer than it was expected, it is taking to a session timeout from the 3rd party application side.
The timeout resulted from the asset sync hang.
