In a List Applet, User does an Enter Query, Then Puts Cursor in a List Column while in Query Mode and Then Happens to do a Click in the List Column, User Clicks on the ENTER Key to Execute the Query, but the Query is NOT Executed? (Doc ID 2138414.1)

Custom View based on Service Request
They have a custom Opportunity List Applet which has unexpected behavior.
Do a Enter Query, Siebel Client goes into query mode for the applet, put the cursor in specific fields.. but don't add any search criteria..
Click Enter key.. no query happens???
The user needs to explicitly select 'run query' or Click on 'Go' from the applet menu in order to execute the query.

List applet Query / Execute Query behavior should be consistent.. putting a cursor in a field should not affect the Enter key behavior that should execute the query....

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to the custom SR view and try to execute a query in the custom Opportunity List Applet.
Enter query, click in certain field, hit enter, no query is executed?

The behavior is unexpected to the user and an extra click is needed to execute the query if the user happens to click in the list column during query mode.
