Symptoms

On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, Universal Customer Master

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When loading Financial Accounts through web service FinancialAssetService (UCM Financial Asset Customer Profile Integration SOAP Process) the asset is loaded fine into UCM.
When attempting to load the same data through EIM + UCMBatchManager the asset is not loaded. No errors are observed either.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should load S_ASSET.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. load S_UCM_ASSET through EIM

2. srvrmgr:siebel> start task for component UCMBatchProcess with UCMSearchSpec="[FINCORP Account.UCM Type Code]='Batch'", UCMCDMMatchFlag="false", UCMCDMExactMatchFlag="false", UCMSurvivorshipEngineFlag="false", UCMCDMCleanseFlag="false", UCMBatchSize = "10", UCMBatchObjectType="FINCORPAccount"


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot load assets in batch.
