Symptoms

On : 15.9 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Public Sector eService OpenUI in IP15 not rendering properly and Public Sector Self Service which is the OUI version for eService missing many Screens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Views / Screens / Menus should be visible without issues.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Public Sector eService OpenUI application
2. Noted that menu bar itself not displayed properly.
3. Open pssservice_enu which is the OpenUI client for eService as per Bookshelf
4. Many Screens are missing
